I think that is a personal preference rather than a crucial problem. On the basis of already being approval by BATs and respecting noter I think this shouldn't be removed from qualified just because of "spcaing is wrong" which is a little prejudiced opinion from a common player.peppy wrote:

Personal preference doesnt matter in this case, tbh. This map is going to be bundled with the client, and what's bundled with the client is peppy's thing to decide. He's the one in charge right here.richardfeder wrote:

btw that is quite OK fornoobme(/me run
it has already been said that the "patterns in the song are built in pairs of two". it has also already been said that it applies to every similar part afterwards.Jenny wrote:

In this set, yes.nold_1702 wrote:

00:00:007 (1) - this wave can look better, do it like this: http://puu.sh/7KmsA.jpg - whats wrong with this wave. Looks fine
[Insane]
Circle Size - 4 Please, makes more fun! :O - no thanks. Reasons said before
00:03:712 (6) - move to x392 y152 - that just looks bad then
00:04:242 (1) - move it and do it like this: http://puu.sh/7Kmiw.jpg - this slider is suppose to be parallel to the circles forming a round object
If Changed CS, do this:
01:13:418 - 01:18:712 - use distance snap 1.2
That's all!

you can prefer to group them as a 3-3-2 all you like, but it doesn't change that it's wrong and is not in the music. - this was pretty much changed due to changing jumps around

Hello
Before modding your insane diff,I have to mention your BG is sized 1028x768 but not 1024x768.
[Insane]
00:01:242 (8) -
00:04:065 (8) -
00:09:712 (8) - I really do not understsand why you stack it instead of spacing it as you did on 00:06:712 (7,8) -
You placed 1-6 with common spacing but not apply the same placement for (8) which is weird as the music sounds nothing different.May you explain why you did it? - quite the demanding person, made note 8 not stack
00:09:889 (1) - In fact,the reverse of this slider is unnecessary.As you did on 00:01:418 (1) - 00:04:242 (1) - 00:07:065 (1) -
Those sliders do not have reverse. However, you suddenly add a reverse on this slider making the gameplay becomes odd and unnatural. - so variation isn't allowed? I don't think anyone complained about it being odd plus this is actually hitting a note
00:12:712 (1,2) - I cannot understand why you make them sliders while you put notes on 00:15:536 (1,2) - when the song repeats this melody which makes the map unconsistant. Moreover, these two sliders give players the same feelling with 00:11:654 (3,4) - .They however are completely different. That's why I think they play weird. - they really don't, variation is one thing but its just basically patterns swapped around
01:03:183 (3) -
01:04:595 (6) -
01:07:418 (6) -
Frankly, stacking these objects below the pervious notes makes the patterns become bad and do not fit the song itself. If I were you,I would space them then the pattern would become smooth and keep flows.
Please have a look on how I place those notes - you make it sound like stacking is a bad thing. These are mapping to similar sounds so I see no reason to move them to keep the flow. Your first example also breaks your flow and plays horribly
01:38:301 (6) - You stack note again while there's a good flow and you also space note on 01:31:771 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - and 01:34:595 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - makes the pattern play unconsistant and weird again.May you consider putting this note under (1)?It plays more natural for me at least. - sure
01:53:962 - I listen here's sound but you keep it blank. Is it an intention or you forgot to expand the slider reverses? If it was the former,01:53:654 (1,2) the song here sounds more urgent than 01:52:948 (1,2).Therefore,blanking 01:53:962 (2) is not a good idea.Maybe you can consider add one more reverse on 01:53:962 . - intentional. This is an insane, yes, but if this is going to be bundled, then you shouldn't put reverses. Don't forget that you're also creating spacing issues
01:54:359 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - The song is much softer than the coming part and the pervious part. However, you put the same spacing here which is 1.0x and the same slider speed.Noted that you use 1.0x spacing on kiai time too which is the faster part.I suggest you to slower down the sliders a bit or/and space them closer for the sake of giving players the soft feellings. - I feel the soft feeling. Slowing down the slider ruins the buildup to the kiai. (7) is self explanatory. As for the spacing, jumps and complex rhythm make up for that feeling
02:00:536 (3) - This note is only 1.01x spaced but you always put notes by spacing them above 1.30x when the song comes to this part.It gives players unnatural feellings as you did the uncommon thing here.May you please place them in 1.3x spacing as you did on the same part of this song? - mistake. Fixed
02:09:889 (1,2) -
02:21:359 (2) - They are quite random with 1.61 spacing. You keep 1.0x to map and even there's speed up,it is only about 1.3.Suddenly using 1.6x on there even there's no any hard sound nor any sound which tells mapper to map a jump here is just weird when I tested it. - so basically, I can't test the player into a harder part. This part also adds extra notes the previous doesn't so I see little reason to change it
02:17:830 (5,6) - However,this jump is great
02:19:065 (4,5) -
02:26:124 (3,4) -
02:33:889 (1,2) - This 3/4 spacing is way too similar to 1/2 which would mislead players to hit lately.
I should admit that there's difference between them but,the difference is not that big to remind players 'here's a 3/4 slider'
I think using 1.0x spacing as you did on other 3/4 place will solve.Hope you understand what I mean. - the difference is big enough. Heck, just remember the rhythm and you should have little problems with them
02:28:242 (1) - But since it a new combo,I think this spacing is fine.
02:32:742 (3,4,5) - It has the same problem with 02:19:065 (4,5) - and 02:26:124 (3,4) -
May you consider this spacing? - same as before
02:50:654 (8) - Again this problem.Stacking make it weird as I said on 00:01:242 (8) - fixed
03:07:065 (1,2,3,4) - I think this jump is quite necessary though. As you mapped the beginning ,there's no such jump here. And the song do not give players a feel to jump here as well. - so I guess 03:03:536 (1,2,3,1,2,3) doesn't give you the feeling for these jumps. Also don't forget about the song being all wonky
If you did not change 03:07:065 (1,2,3,4) - this jump, there's one thing I think you can improve this jump.
As you can see,03:06:359 (1,2,3,4) - is an anti-clockwise flow.But you suddenly use 120° clockwise jumps on 03:07:065 (1,2,3,4) - .
It makes players(surely myself) a feelling of awkard
You can fix it by switching 03:07:242 (2) - and 03:07:418 (3) - .Also, change 03:07:595 (4) - as well if you applied my mod. - not going to change these. The song shifts into a higher tone require that snap.
03:12:712 (1,2,3,4) - It has the same problem as the above pattern. - ^
I have to sleep soon.I therefore am not able to mod the other diffs. If you want I mod the rest diffs, please forum PM me.
On the other hand, please reply the mod in details about what you applied. Please note the reason of denial on mods you rejected.

normal-hitnormal sounds awful when it's placed on red tick except streams and moments like 00:16:948 - 00:19:595Heres the thing, if you make each red tick note a soft, you just lost the feeling of playing through the map. You're basically saying that every sound that doesn't have that strong snare sound should always be soft or drum.
