Does anybody know any 4-7 key upscroll skins? Most of them are just 4k and I was wondering if there were 7k ones.

You can easily sort for mania skins in Compendium and check tags for if they're 7k or not. 
And for upscroll you can make any skin upscroll by setting the line "UpsideDown" in the skin.ini file from a 0 (off) to a 1 (on). If you don't have the line you can also just add it under the 7k section of the skin.ini file. Theres also a bunch of other changable options for when your skin is flipped but I'd just refer to this guide
