Hey there, I was wondering how pp values are distributed between certain skillsets such as jumpstreams, jumptrills, chordjacks, and things like that. Anyone much smarter than me please help

it doesn't, star rating (which determines pp) is basically entirely based on notes per second and the skillset doesn't matter at all so things with more chords like handstream, chordjack, jumptrills are worth much more for equivalent difficulty
