I realized that one of my friends on osu! allegedly used at most 4 different accounts just to hype their own mapset, and as a result got their main account restricted for it, along with all of the other accounts that hyped the map.
I am well aware that making another account is against the rules and can permanently restrict the newly-made account, but what would the offenses be if you made 4 different accounts? Would this be considered abusive behaviour, even if its only for the scenario mentioned?
