Problem details:

Mouse not working properly (see attachements)
Because i play in borderless mode, i can see my macos mouse and, as you can see, problem is not in the mouse or OS.

I think you would have higher chance of help if you made an issue here, you should check whether there isnt similar issue reported already: https://github.com/ppy/osu/
