This issue started just a few days ago seemingly out of nowhere. When it happens, it's very brief, only for a split second but it makes me fail almost every map I play. I recently got a new mouse and mousepad thinking it was because they were very worn down, but I soon realized that the cursor freezing was only happening when I played osu, not other games. This could be because osu is the only game I play which involves moving my mouse so vigorously, but I'm honestly unsure. Really sucks because now I can't enjoy the game anymore :(
Before this started happening, I did not change any settings. I'm using raw input and have mouse-acceleration turned off. I'm playing on osu! stable. And also I'm not using any external programs that change settings of my mouse. I took a mouse polling rate test and I had an average of 140hz. Not sure if that's enough info, but if you think you need anything else to help me lmk.

Here's a clip of it happening:

It's kinda hard to tell, but as I tried moving down to hit the red "5" circle, my mouse input just didn't register for some reason so I over aimed everything that came after and just failed. I missed the red "4" circle because my aim just wasn't warmed up, not because my inputs failed.

And also here's a second clip:

As I start the teal new combo, my cursor just stops and I have to kinda jump it ahead to the right in order to catch up with the stream.

What kind of mouse are you using? Cheaper office mouses cant handle very fast movements well.

This is the mouse I was using before this started happening and also am currently using:

I bought a mouse that's the exact same model. Before this cursor issue began, I'd been using that mouse for nearly 2 years straight with no performance issues with my cursor.
