When I looked at my lazer rank, I saw it suddenly stopped counting all of my stable plays as ones that grant me PP, will it stay that way when lazer is released officially or will I get the PP from my stable plays back?

You'll get your stable pp but note that if you'll play on stable a "classic" mod will apply with 0,96x. Not sure how that will work for pp.
