[Archived] chat won't display accent marks

Problem details: chat won't display accent marks on any letter after sending message (locally)

tried the following:
- installing fonts (aller & tahoma)
- enabling/disabling alternative font
- used any resolution that i could achieve by default
- changed game language
- problem will persist on any release stream
- reinstall won't do anything aswell

i'd be glad to provide any logs!

You might have "Filter foreign characters" enabled in osu!'s settings. Try disabling it if so.

in almost 11 years of playing the game i've NEVER seen that option. it worked so thank you!!
