прошел мапу на 29 пп, пишет защитано 27 пп, а дали 8 на самом деле. Это так должно быть?

Yeah, that's how it should be. Even though the weighted value is 27pp, the other scores in your best performances all had their weights slightly reduced when you set this new one, which resulted in the net gain you saw not being 27pp.
