In o!m we have a scrolling speed changer but most new players don't know it and they usually find out by randomly pressing an F key or by browsing through the keybinds.

Basically we just need a pop up with a confirmation button/actual scrolling speed changes needed to play your first song when you get into mania. Or a tooltip saying how to change the scrolling speed during the loading screen after selecting a map wouldn't be bad either.
Should be really easy to implement as well.
