Problem details:
1. When pinning osu lazer to the taskbar for whatever reason, it broke my taskbar and did not allow it to drop down, acting similarly to the taskbar being locked in the settings.
2. The fps would not increase past my set hz on my main monitor on lazer, whereas when playing stable it would go up to 1000 fps.
Other details: I did not activate windows so i thought it was that, I had GPU tweak which messes with max fps on the computer sometimes so i thought it was that too.
Problem fix: unpin from taskbar.
Side note: idk why this happens but uh pls fix
