why I was good yesterday and I'm really bad today?

Hi, I am level 34 with 25h of playing, I'm pretty good (for me I think), yesterday I was able do finnish some 4 star map,
but today... I struggle with 3 star map? How is it possible, it has never happened?
What do i have to do? don't play these day (today) or continu to improve my level to get the shit level of yesterday...
pretty depressing but idk?
I will wait for responses but I will not be online these 2-3h so it's normal if I didn't responde.

Pretty normal

We all have up and down when playing osu. Just play whenever you feel like it. One day, you will be consistent enough until you can distinguish your comfortable star range
