Mostly you have at least two kiai's in a Beatmap. Normally you set green lines and mark them manually in the settings as a kiai (from green line to green line).
Sometimes you have a lot of green lines in between the start and end of your kiai which can take some time to set the right kiai.
-> My solutuion to this could be seperate kiai-lines. You just set them like maybe the bookmark with a hotkey or the preview point over the context menu and they determine where the kiai is.
