Problem details: I have a problem with Raw input, Everything is presented in the video, everything is turned off but when I turn on Raw input in osu, what happens is that the music turns up by itself as if everything is scrolling. Please help me quickly because unfortunately I can't solve the problem on my own...

in your tablet settings try disabling the pen buttons (and maybe also the tip click)

The matter has already been resolved, the old driver was the cause of the errors. I uninstalled the old ones, installed them correctly and it works
