So me and my brother shared accounts for a while, untill he started bragging to his friends that my high scores were his. so i made a new account, and we share the same pc, and i saw the sign that if there are multiple accounts they will get banned... what about those of us that dont have separate pcs?

The account sharing is actually bannable so by creating an account for your brother you are obeying, not breaking, the rules.

Wouldn't this just lead to people multi-accounting on the pretext that they have a sibling or another person playing on the other account.
