[resolved] basically. I'm trying to backup my old osu maps to my new computer, but i cant

Problem details:
I'm not sure if I'm doing this correctly. What I do is download the old osu maps files and paste them into the new osu songs folder. However, the old maps don't appear in my beatmaps list. Should I restart my computer, or am I doing something wrong?

if you could try f5 ingame and letting it re-read your maps.
make sure you don't have a songs folder within your songs folder,
happened to me before..
if that doesn't work you did something wrong and i'll need to see your "new" osu folder..
