:I can't see the game. It's just black (when i start the game it gets black)

I tried to find a resolutionm on an old forum

try to hold (left) shift when starting osu! and toggle compatibility mode and then try again, you can also try the other settings you see there

do you see something and then it gets black or is it black immediately? try to temporarily rename Skins or Songs folder and see if the game works
