There are a lot of links to them from banners/tournament histories/liquipedia(in the future), so pls keep sheets on your gdrives for historical purposes or at least transfer them to someone

Some tournaments (Corsace, LAYER01) have everything on a website, instead of a sheet and sometimes they don't archive the tournament, but move on, removing the data from previous iteration.
Old tournaments have the same thing. A LOT of old tournaments don't have data backing stuff up for them. Example - old Osu World Cups.
Yes, data is retrievable through Internet Archive (or someone, who backed up VODs on Bilibili) and stuff like that, but not always.

Hosts, please put all your matches on a single tab, in the same column. Remember to actually put all the matches on the sheet. I have seen too many sheets literally missing finals+ match data, have one tab per round, or have links in a super obscure/dead website. Corsace of all tournaments not properly archiving data is surprising, always have a backup sheet/wiki page if you use a website for this.
