Lately i have been thinking about changing my name, but the problem is somebody already has that name but is inactive for about 4 years, it would be a cool option to send a request to osu, and then a email would be send to that person that was inactive to either directly accept the request of somebody else taking his/her old name, or if he doesnt reply in those 30 days his account name will be reset and he has to choose a new one when he comes back to play.
This should only affect players that have been inactive for ca. a year+ amount of time.
