Qualifier Procedures
❖ Be respectful to other players in your lobby and to your ref.❖ Teams will choose a lobby hosted by a referee at a specific hour. They may ask to play at another hour if none of the lobbies fit their schedule.
❖ If a player fails to join the lobby at the right time and misses a map, they may choose to play the maps they missed at the end of the lobby (if the referee agrees) or reschedule to another lobby.
General Rules
❖ Each team must have at least 3 players online to start the match. If you do not have 3 players physically able to play the match, you will be forced to forfeit.❖ A referee will create the match lobby 10-15 minutes before the scheduled match time and invite the players.
❖ Reschedules are available if the default schedule is inconvenient for either teams, however, must be done at least 12 hours before the match. Proof of agreement must be provided in order for the reschedule to be approved.
❖ Players are required to join the lobby at the scheduled match time. Late penalties are described below.
❖ Warmups are to be under 3 minutes and safe to be streamed on Twitch. Each team is allowed to have as many players playing warmups as they want.
❖ The roll winner will decide whether they want to decide the pick or ban order, and the loser will be given the order that was not chosen.
❖ The ban order will be A -> B -> B -> A.
❖ Team captains cannot ban 2 maps from the same pool except NM, however, are not forbidden to pick 2 maps from the same pool in a row.
❖ Players have 120 seconds to ban a map, should they fail to choose one within that time, they will lose their ban.
❖ Players have 120 seconds to pick a map, should they fail to choose one within that time, they will lose their pick.
❖ Once a map is picked, players will have 60 seconds to ready up. Once the timer is finished, the referee will force start the map.
❖ Tiebreaker maps will be freemod (any mod is allowed).
❖ In case of internet/hardware issues in the 1st half of a map, it may be replayed once. If it happens again, the team loses the point.
Auction Rules
❖ Captains will be hand picked by the host with help from the staff team prior to qualifiers. The captain list will be made of players as equal in skill level as possible,❖ Captains will have a balance of $1000. The minimum bid is $25 in the first round and the maximum bid is $750.
❖ Bids must be increments of $25 in the first round.
❖ A wheel will be spun or something similar will be used to determine which players will be bid on.
❖ After the first round of bidding is completed, the minimum bid and bid increment goes down to $10 for bidding on any remaining player that was not initially bid on.
❖ Each player will be available to bid for 10 seconds. The timer will reset with every new highest bid.
❖ Auction will be scheduled such that the most captains possible can be present for it.
❖ If a captain cannot be at the auction, they may assign a proxy captain to bid in their place.
❖ The proxy may not be a player that made quals cutoff, staff, or helper in the tourney.
❖ Let the host know who your proxy is as soon as you can so they can be added to the server.
