I have been getting a lot of 99% 1 misses recently and I'm to sure what to do about it. Its different notes or portions of maps on different songs, I cant even FC 3* anymore but can hit 99% 1 miss on 4*s

try hitting each circle, one at a time. if you fail while trying/focusing, it's more of an aim/coordination/reading skill issue. if you fail while spacing out, it's a problem with you not focusing on trying to play well enough, you can also try to do that better.
