Ooh, I was soo close to mapping this song. I'll try it out when I'm at home.

Ok, this is a really easy beatmap, which is really good for beginners and newcomers to this game, much like yourself. Nothing wrong with that.

You got the BPM right but the offset should be 50. All your notes were a little ahead of the beat so this fixes that.

After you add the offset, resnap all your notes with 1/2 beat snap divisor. Remember to go through for triplets (1/3 snap divisor) for 01:20:72 and 03:00:16. To make it explicit, you should have beats on 01:20:72, 01:21:03, 01:21:35 and 01:21:66, and do the same for the other triplet.

You should also look at using beatspacing for the song. Perhaps this isn't a good song to use beat spacing for since there is pretty ample time between notes, but try to keep the distance between notes relative to the time between them, and be consistent with this spacing. There is a feature in the editor (distance snapping) which does this, and this can be toggled by pressing "d" in the editor or overidden by holding alt when placing notes.

Overall, this is a pretty good first effort. I suggest you make use of the whistles and finishes for a bit of variety, and also add 1 or 2 spinners, maybe at the end of the song if you can't find a good spot. Also, you could use some curved sliders. Maybe incorporate some of these things, probably the "whistle" and "finishes" would be good. Hope you rework this into a good beginner beatmap.
