Custom profile pictures

I've noticed some people such as WubWoofWolf, have a custom profile picture/ icon. Is there anyway I can make my own or did someone make it for them? I would love to know.

Profile Pictures =/= Skinning Question

That ain't hard to realize.

Let me answer this real quick.

Either make your own (128x128 is the maximum. Use Photoshop or other Photo Editor of your choice) or go to the Art Forums and request in Graphic Shops.

Then go to Settings -> Change Avatar (under Account Information) -> Upload the picture you personally made / the one you saved from the shop after they completed your request.
