[Archived] Can’t log into my account in-game.

Problem details:I am able to log in to my account on the osu website, but unable to log in in-game, whenever I try to log in a pop-up (i.e. You need to verify your identity to play online! Please click here to continue) comes up, but when I press it nothing happens.

When did this issue start happening?

try this after answering above.
Please try logging out of the game, then logging out of the website, using the new design accessible here home

After logging out of both, please wait a few minutes. Then log back into the website, then into the client.

See if that helps any.

Did you try the suggestion in the box above? Did that do anything to solve the issue?

Clicking on that verification box should open a verification page in your default browser. If it doesn't, try closing osu!, changing your default browser to something else through Windows, and then and trying again.

If it works you can change your browser back afterwards.
