There's a kind of divide in the state of the site right now. You can access any user's stable achievements through the standard site https://osu.ppy.sh/. It's no issue if the user is only playing on the stable version of the game. However, if an account is created that has only made progress on the Lazer release, none of that information will be viewable through the main site. One must go to https://lazer.ppy.sh/, and even then we're greeted with a blue bar which states that the lazer site is using experimental scores.
My question is simple:
Or, when will the Lazer scores be adopted onto the standard site. Given the state of the game, Lazer (at least according to players) is already more than acceptable to switch to as a primary. Especially Mac players like myself, who's only option is to play lazer. There's been many a time where I've looked at my account on the main site and not see any progress. I would like to know when Lazer players will be able to earn medals, and have their scores & achievements available to the rest of the site.
Of course, I'm not a developer. There's definitely more behind-the-scenes stuff going on than I, and many others, don't see. That's why I'm putting this here. Maybe if it's convenient, the devs can keep this thread updated with progress towards switching to Lazer as the primary. Come on, it's been about 6 years
