Problem details:
Just got a new update version for cutting edge build, literally just 20-30 minutes ago. I clicked get new version to start the update, and now my client won't open. Any attempt to open it causes the little "your client is up to date" panel to appear and dissapear twice in quick succession, then nothing. Task manager shows there is never any instance of osu running during this.
I've also noticed in files that every time I attempt the open the game, it generates a new file called ".require_update", deleting this file and trying again had no effect.
