osu.Game_Modes.Menu.copyright_OnClick(args) - "copyright" is probably the name of the text that loads osu.ppy.sh in your web browser. So it's probably when he accidentally clicked it.

"找不到指定的檔案" roughly translates to "cannot find specified program"
