it says
Download file _osume.exe and it wont get off it, ive installed this before, why isnt it working ?!!?

Try putting osume in a different directory - one without any special (non-english) characters or strange/long paths. If this doesn't work, please see this thread for download links for each part of osu!.

I'd like to get this fixed though, its a strange one o.O
