Possible Gamemode idea - Super Hexagon

So for those of you who don't know Super Hexagon, it's basically a pretty hard game about a triangle dodging walls. this is the game's page: http://superhexagon.com/

So that game is already kinda rythm-based, but it's mostly because the screen moves to the beat. Now I think it could be fun to have a gamemode in osu! that is similar to Super Hexagon where you actually have to dodge the walls to the beat.

Maybe you can grab items to improve your score, and hitting a wall resets your combo? Or you could have a mod that makes the song repeat forever and you can keep getting points until you hit a wall and insta-faill?

Dodging.. That seems similar to Touhosu.
Grabbing items looks the same as catching bananas on CTB.

An equivalent of this already exists, look up Open Hexagon.

We're still waiting for Touhosu so I think it's safe to say, that there will be no new gamemode for a very long time.

omg I had the exact same idea - I call it DtB (Dodge the Beat).

edit: nvm, Dodge the Beat is going to be this "touhosu"...

I'm think that this could be implemented in a similar way that 6K osu!mania maps are generated from regular beatmaps. Could Kiai Time be like the non-spinning part at the end of the Hyper Hexagonest difficulty?
