Problem details:
I somehow can't load skin osk files into osu. already tried to change it into a Zip file and drag it in manually. I even set the skin to open with osu however, when I click on the file it updates osu instead of just opening it like usual, and even after that I open osu and the skin is still not in. Are there any other ways or is it just a hardware problem?
