Problem details:
So, let me get straight to the point. When my computer is freshly start-up, the RPS/Hz(Report Per Second) Is usually 250hz, even in the game. But when I boot-up my Streamlabs, while osu! is open, now I get 350Hz or RPS which is super responsive and which I want it to be in the first place. Because, in 250Hz/RPS I can literally feel the input delay in which when I open the streamlabs it dramatically change to 350hz, the pen is so snappy to the point I can track 1-2's fastly or react to it and the effect stays still even if the streamlabs is closed, and also until the pc is rebooted. When rebooted, it goes back to 250hz with that input delay feeling. I don't wanna play every day opening up streamlabs just to get a snappy aim, I want it to be normal. Is there a way or workaround about this?
