The video offset is significantly off, it should be around 420.

Frankly speaking, the hitsound is really bad imo. You shall not use the custom hitnormal for such a calm song. And the entire song really needs constant soft whistles. Refer to my ebb and flow or https://osu.ppy.sh/s/150242 where whistles and bass-drum sounds are decently harmonized.
