If you're 100% sure you're typing your info correctly, try disabling any proxy servers or VPNs you might use and see if the error disappears. Otherwise, follow wiki/en/Help_centre#log-files steps 1-5 then try to log in and then if the error continues to appear follow the steps 6-8 and post the contents of the network.log file as a reply to this thread
