I'm not really sure if i should switch to my tablet(xp-pen starg640) or continue with mouse but i had some problems with my mouse lately, so im thinking about switching to my pentablet. Ive tried opentabletdriver but id prefer the original tablet driver from xp-pen, so does anyone know if its safe and is it possible to switch the tablet area on it. Thank you.

Each tablet comes with their own driver if its not through OTD, they should all be safe to use unless you are getting from a 2nd-hand source, so be weary about that, but if you are getting it new or from the company itself it should be fine.

There are other threads that talk about converting area-to-area on other tablets so I dont see why you wouldn't be able to here.

Ah ok ty and also if i get a new mouse which one would you like suggest for osu?
