"2d" next to my score?

Hey guys, ive noticed something with one of my scores, I noticed a white circle with the word "2d" inside of it. Anyone know what that means?

u get that score 2 days ago. that has been implemented in the update along with the new ppv2

I JUST finished doing a song and it says "14h"

Unless I went into a coma or traveled into the future without knowing it, I didn't do it 14 hours ago.

I guess It just says, when was the best score done up to 48 hours.
