For me, probably playing osu! for fun? (though there has been a while since my last game)
I also enjoy modding mafia games and probably playing soccer and basketball. What about you guys?

usually I read different genres of books, but recently I mostly read philosophical novels (sometimes with an inclination towards absurdism)

Exploring probably suit me best with my happiness
Cooking: doing it with some guidance from recipes and adding my own creativity
Drawing: the designing part in my head of what can i do with the drawing
Solving: exploring the possibility of a puzzle game or math or anything really

Reading: more knowledge to my exploring framework
Working out: the more pain i feel the more i feel like i'm getting stronger

Music: this one is kinda a double edge sword either boost my mood positively or negatively depend on the song
Gaming: the playing part suck but the being at the top or getting better is so good

and a weird one, cleaning.
there's something oddly satisfying about it
just when "doing it"
but not the idea of "going to do it"

making art makes me forget about stuff momentarily, maths, listening to music, talking to people i know all do the same thing
seeing people around my age, younger and older being energetic and being happy, being connected, all that makes me feel better, more motivated and more connected to other people that i know
