Hi guys, I'm pretty new around here ~

I often see a lot of players (particularly in Korea / Japan)

use brackets around their IGNs, like:

[ myName ]

Is there any specific reason for this other than a stylistic reason?

Is it supposed to signify something?

it's called a trend.
don't do this shit, it looks bad and it's for people who want to make their names look better
