Problem details:
Я выгрузил карту на сервер и когда хотел ее загрузить то вылезло то, что я написал в заголовке ( файл карты поврежден или является неполным osu )

your mp3 file uses non-standard characters, rename it to a standard name and also make sure to edit the AudioFilename: line on the .osu file to match the mp3 file name

I did everything as you said but for some reason there is no sound on the map

It seems to work for me. I do see that you updated the map a few minutes after your post, so I'm guessing you managed to figure it out?

If it's still broken for you, deleting and redownloading the map may help. Just make sure you backup the .osu file if you have any local changes that haven't been uploaded to the website yet.
