Problem details: Usually I have around 600 fps when I'm on osu, but whenever I start playing a map and moving my cursor, it would go down to around 400. This is usually fine since it doesn't affect my performance at all, but around 20+ minutes after I start playing, my frames would randomly drop to 0 (literally) and go up to around 100/288 (x/288 because I have to pause) when I move my pen away from the tablet. I tried looking for a solution for a while but I couldn't find anything, I updated all my drivers and tried turning off any overlay from other apps (discord & geforce) but it's still happening. Lastly I am on a laptop but I can confirm this isn't happening because the laptop is getting too hot, i have an external fan under it, and also whenever I play genshin or honkai star rail it would be a lot hotter but it would run perfectly fine.
