Unfortunately no, supporter with the name change included is the cheapest option and people can gift it to you also.
Although if the username you want to change breaches yours or someone else privacy (like using a REAL name) then you can email
accounts@ppy.sh or
support@ppy.sh and get it changed for free.
Other than that there is no other way.
