[Archived] Bug with Menu Effects

Problem details: Disabling snow or osu! music theme in the main menu will not save, so after restarting the game it will enable both effects.

osu! version: Stable 20230727.9

It's currently intended because of the summer theme right now, you have to wait until a later update will let you disable them at startup

Should not they be able to disable them indistinctly if there is a season or not?
