And here is my mp3:

I really gotta do something about it and I need your help please.. ;_;

Oh lord have mercy. ;w;

Are there ANY similarities besides maybe the claps that sound almost the same on a complete accident..?
lostsilver
it could've been the soundfonts you used!
or maybe you covered a copyrighted song?
i'm not sure how to help you here...

I think it was the claps, because the claps sound almost identical, but the rest of it is completely different.

If the song isnt copyrighted, this infringement is simply bogus, so appeal it

If it is, which Im pretty sure is, I think you've got the right to keep the song(appeal), but only if you created the beat yourself

But hey, I aint a lawyer, so its better to research this topic yourself

You could get copyrighted for even the slightest copy of somebody else's soundtrack

What would happen when I make my claps sound somewhat different?

Also uhmmm..should I delete this mp3 immediately and make some changes immediately about some sample sound effects and then republish the new mp3?

Is that a decent way to avoid copyright infringements?

If your song has been identified as infringing someone else's copyright, simply changing the content without proper authorization is unlikely to resolve the copyright infringement issue.

When a copyright holder accuses you of copyright infringement, it means they believe you have used their copyrighted material without permission. Changing the content after the fact does not negate the original infringement. The copyright owner may still pursue legal action based on the use of their copyrighted material without consent.

To resolve a copyright infringement claim, you typically need to take one of the following actions:

Obtain permission: Reach out to the copyright owner and seek their permission to use their copyrighted material. If they grant you permission, you can proceed with using it in your song.

Remove the infringing material: If you have used copyrighted material without permission, consider removing it from your song to avoid further infringement.

Seek a license: In some cases, you might be able to obtain a license from the copyright owner, allowing you to use their copyrighted material legally.

Settle the dispute: You can try to negotiate a settlement with the copyright owner to resolve the infringement claim.

Counterclaim or defend fair use: If you believe your use of the copyrighted material falls under fair use, you can defend your actions or file a counterclaim. However, fair use is a complex legal concept and requires a thorough evaluation of the specific circumstances by a legal professional.

Also, I checked and indeed, this whole album of songs is copyrighted

WHY DOES IT SOMEHOW HAVE TO HAPPEN?? ;W;

So like I should just remove the mp3 entirely... ;_;

R.I.P. 4 HOURS OF BOREDOM COMPOSING THE MP3

Is deleting the whole mp3 I composed a good option though?

If not, why do I exist?

I think I have to write a copyright appeal first and then do that if possible...

I already did fill out the ownership details..?

Although I probably screwed up something... ;w;

However this was the first ever copyright appeal that I ever wrote, so yeah that wasn't really a surprise.
