where am i supposed to look?

i can only play around 4 maps with over like 170 bpm without feeling like im gonna vomit from the motion sickness
where should i be looking when playing so that this doesnt happen

I just look around middle left on "normal" maps, then gradually move longer to the right depending on how fast the scroll is :thinking:

and also use smaller game resolution
