Handspeed and Stamina.

I'm trying my best in mania. So far I'm able to clear 5* maps like "Meganto meteor" (beatmapsets/1928724#mania/3983100) and "Why do you hate me" (beatmapsets/1854074#mania/3809999). I'm looking to improve my stamina and handspeed so I last longer during extended patterns. How can I achieve this?

i don't know how you are hitting the notes but the way I found to get better stamina is hitting the notes the way your brain think it should, on heavier patterns tapping lightly will help you to maintain a decent level. On this level i would recommend focusing to maintain a decent misscount instead of trying to acc and hit at the same time. A bit confusing but hope i help
