I've gotten a ton of new A and S rank medals but my medal counter on my profile hasnt updated I'm using the most recent build of osu!lazer stable build 2023.717.0

Medals aren't present in lazer at the moment. You can check wiki/Help_centre/Upgrading_to_lazer to see what features are present on lazer vs stable
