Problem details: Basically, my osu! has been microstuttering a lot. Going from a constant 4-6 ping to ~30 ping every few seconds. This makes it very annoying to keep combo and overall play the game. I've tried troubleshooting the problem myself, but nothing seems to have worked. I have a very high end pc so I'm confused as to why this happens. One thing to note is that the audio doesn't stutter and this seems to be the only game that stutters this way.
