[resolved] osu blinks when i start playing a map

everytime I open osu and play a map it blinks for a split second, it also happends when I minimize osu or alt tab and come back on, it just does it again when I start playing
edit: compatibility mode makes the problem disappear but then sometimes when I try opening back osu I have to do it a few times before it actually works

Do you have any overlay enabled on osu? If so try disabling them

I don't know if you use AMD like me (both graphics and processor) but with this I haven't suffered latency problems or lag spikes, it works too well for me

I've found out why osu does this and it seems to be an AMD problem.

and the fix I've found was to downgrade your driver version to 22.5.1

(select factory reset option when intstalling for a clean install on radeon drivers)

-ktrihc and I have tried this and it fixed the problem.
