Nicovideo mp3 grabber?

I remember a while ago in a collab marathon project (I think one by heintsi) he linked to a nicovideo upload where you could download the mp3. Is my memory messed up? Is there any way to grab (not dl .flv and rip from there) the mp3 by using some plugin or special site?

Help would be greatly appreciated

There is a program called smiledownloader that allows you to download nico's videos. About the mp3 converting... I think there're a lot of such softwares on the internet. Try googling by yourself.

There are numerous websites which allow you to do this, but they're all in Japanese.
I use a browser called CravingExplorer to grab shit. It's basically IE but with a script that allows you to download from NND and Youtube in whatever format you want.
