I currently play with the scroll speed of 26, but I'm wondering if I should change it in the future. I feel comfortable with this speed, I can pass maps from 3.50 to 4 stars, but if I improve my skill, would it be more convenient to increase the speed in maps from 5-6 stars?

My skin is WhiteCat (1.0) 『Andere's Edit 2022. I play on a laptop, with a membrane (usb) keyboard.

if you feel that higher scroll speed is better then change it if not don't worry about it

Just go with whatever you’re comfortable with. A good tip would be to play on a scroll speed and look at the bottom judgement bar in the replay. If the lines are centered on the right then you may need to slow down your scroll speed and vice versa.
