I opened osu! today and, when I started playing, there appeared an announcement that my version is too old and I should restart the game to complete an update. After going back from the beatmap, osu! automatically "restarted" to complete the update.
After that, osu! updater has opened. After a while, it disappeared and the game's logo appeared for a second. Then, it also disappeared. Now, when I try to open osu!, the whole process repeats. osu! is active in Activity Monitor for that short time (around one second each try) and then it disappear. In conclusion, I can't open osu! after the newest update.
I use MacOS, one of older versions for not osu!-related reasons (and I really don't want to update it if it's possible). I downloaded osu! via Wine around 2 years ago and it worked quite well. There weren't any issues after installing earlier updates.
What should I do?
